Promote Your Music Classes on Facebook

Kids' MusicRound is officially on Facebook. We have a page for our business and are excited to see the fans starting to come before we even officially announced the page!

We would love to have you join us on Facebook and believe so strongly in the positive impact social networking will have on your children's music classes that we've developed a set of instructions you can use to set up a Facebook page for your own center.

Here are some of the benefits to using Facebook for your KMR center:

Facebook is a way to develop a community for your class - bringing the families and children closer together and reinforcing what they learn in class
Parents can share what they're doing with friends/family which will effectively become word of mouth marketing for your center
Planning events can also be done through Facebook, as you can make a page for a special event, fundraiser, or anything else that might require collaboration and communication
Those who stay in touch with the KMR community are more likely to promote the program among their peers
Parents can look up names of other parents and develop relationships with other folks in the class, leading to increased retention from semester to semester
You and your families can share pictures, upcoming events, birthdays, special thanks, births, and other special events with each other (Please remember to have them sign an agreement before posting pictures)
Families that leave due to financial hardship or because their first children outgrow the program, can stay connected with your KMR center. If they stay in touch they are more likely to return to the program when their situation changes

Once you get set up, please friend us and become a KMR fan and invite friends to join our KMR family on Facebook. Please share the link with instructions for how to set up a Facebook page with any friends or parents who would be interested in joining our Facebook community.
